Managing subscriptions

  • I can find no way to manage subscriptions. Even when you get a notification email, and click “unsubscribe”, it takes you back to the blog page with no way to unsubscribe. You just keep getting notifications. A number of people who have previously subscribed are trying to unsubscribe and cannot. I’ve also tried while logged in and logged out, using several different email. Still find no way to unsubscribe. Link in email notification does not work.

    Is there any way for admin to unsubscribe users who want to get off notifications?

    We just released the wpDiscuz 2.2.10. Please update and check it again. Let us know if this fix doesn’t work for you, we will fix it direct on your website.

    Actually still having problems. May be the nature of our page, but totally unsure of what it is. Still cannot get unsubscribed. Sent another email to support. Greatly appreciate your help.
