Hello, I was just wondering if there is a way to manage the width of the appearance of the ticket list as per the sample page at the link I have sent? Can the gap between the tickets and the price be smaller? Also where is the format of the font used in the list set and can it be modified? it would be really useful to be able to change more of the styling of the ticket listing.

    Many thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The width is the width of whatever container the ticket shortcode is in. By default, it’s just appended to the end of the page, but you can check the box to hide the ticket input and use [ticket] inside a block and place it anywhere on the page – inside a column, for example, so that it’s narrower.

My Tickets doesn’t set any fonts at all; they’re just inherited from your theme. You can customize those in CSS, but there are no settings for it.

Thanks for that. Its all really helpful.

Where do you switch off the appending of the ticket information at the bottom of the page?

For some reason a Complimentary ticket entry has appeared in my ticket list. Any idea how to get rid of it at all?

    Thanks again for your support.

Switching off the appending is near the bottom of the ticket information panel (the fields that are visible after clicking “Sell tickets on this post”). It’s a checkbox with the label “Don’t display form on event”.

The complimentary ticket entry is always visible when you’re logged in as an admin; it’s a way for you to add tickets for people without doing payment. It’s not visible to the public.

Once more thanks for your speedy response and the explanation. I am almost there I think with things. I want to be sure that all functions smoothly before unleashing it in the public domain so will have to try another test.

I really appreciate your support once more. Totally invaluable. I shall read some more of the documentation which has been helpful also.

The event itself is over two evenings unseated, general admission with tickets for adults an 12-16 year olds so I am hoping that I have this all covered well enough with the existing setup.
