Mandatory email address field missing in some contact forms

FAQ > Nothing shows up in the email, even after adding a tag to the form! How can I include a new field’s input in the email?

Thanks for the reply. I can’t see how this is resolving my issue though. I do see all the other fields apart from sometimes the email one.

This is (was) in my form body: From: [your-name] <[your-email]>. I’ve now changed it to: From [your-name], Email: [your-email] to make it clearer if it’s missing.

Or am I reading the FAQ wrong?
