Mandatory fields for Ideal payments

    Hi there,

    We have an issue with the plugin when the checkoutpage is not in Dutch. Then Ideal is not working anymore. Translate press and Funnelkit both investigated the issue. The conclusion is that Ideal is only working in each language when all checkout fields are enabled. Can you please remove these restrictions? We have only name, email and country as mandatory fields in our checkout.

    I am not sure why it is working in Dutch right now, but it is not in other languages. But Funnelkit did this test:

    1) As you didn’t added the Billing address fields on the Funnekit Checkout page

    We tried to do the same with the native checkout and using a custom code snippet, turned off those files from the native checkout page.

    And then it allso doesnt work. I can provide more information by mail if needed.

    Could you clarify what you mean by “Then iDeal is not working”? Are you experiencing a payment failure, or is the payment option not showing at all?

    I checked your site and could see the iDeal option. However, attempting to check out with iDeal returns an error: {"code":"TECHNICAL_ERROR","message":"404 NOT_FOUND \"No static resource transactions/

    If this is the same error you’re seeing on your end, I recommend reaching out to the Mollie Support Team for assistance with your account.
