I’m having lots of issues with trying to create custom endpoints in the “My Account” section of my website. So, is there someway I can make it so customers clicking on to the “My Account” section of my website will be presented with a log in prompt to be able to see the content on that page? And anyone who hasn’t created an account won’t be able to view what is in the “My Account” section?

  • Hey there, @alkemy007! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

So, is there someway I can make it so customers clicking on to the “My Account” section of my website will be presented with a log in prompt to be able to see the content on that page? And anyone who hasn’t created an account won’t be able to view what is in the “My Account” section?

This should be the default behavior of the My Account page.

What happens when a customer clicks on the My Account page on your website?

Have you used custom code or a plugin to modify the My Account page?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
