Mandatory plugin on school intranet

I use this plugin on the school intranet I run.

The plugin allows teachers to message multiple parents in different classes in a convenient manner.

The school is parent-driven and parents use the intranet to set up BP groups for task forces. This plugin allows teachers and administration to message all parents who are part of a given task force without keeping track of whom is part of the task force.
