It used to go through and work but for some reason it started being blocked and i can no longer connect it to Managewp.
I was told to whitelist the ManagewpIP’s which included this particular IP: 54.191.137.17 (the blocked IP).
So, i installed Wordfence, let it do its thing for a week, then configured it with the IPs to whitelist and waiting another 2 days… and its still blocked. The latest plugin is installed.

Can someone assist as to why or what could be causing it to be blocked? The IP is attempting to login to the site.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Yes, this is our IP address and if it got blocked, it was definitely the cause why the website got disconnected, but it doesn’t have to be the only cause.

It would be best if you would open the support ticket regarding this, so we can have all the necessary info to investigate further. ??

In the latest Wordfence version, there is an option to whitelist all ManageWP IP addresses with just one click, and this should prevent the Wordfence from interfering with the connection (this option is under Wordfence >>> Firewall >>> Advanced Firewall Options >>> Whitelisted Services).

    Kind regards,
    Tijana

If Wordfence is blocking the ManageWP IP address, then you’ll need to whitelist it or unblock it in Wordfence. Since it is a different product/plugin, ManageWP support cannot really help there (although I’m sure they’ll try to advise the correct course of action).
