Mangopay Payment method not available in checkout

    Hi,

    I am building a website using Social Marketplace and WC vendors plugin. I have installed the Mangopay extension and enabled Mangopay as the payment gateway in woocommerce payment settings but when I try to purchase a product I am getting the error ‘No payment options available for your location” :

    …even though mangopay has been enabled.

    I have also noticed that there are two status failures in the back end on the mangopay settings page:

    From what I undertsand, the Mangopay should automatically create a mangopay account for vendors when they apply to become a vendor but for some reason it is not. I have deleted all the vendor accounts and then created a new vendor account after installing the Mangopay extension but it is still not creating mangopay accounts for vendors. I am not sure if these failures are the reason it is also not allowing payment via mangopay on checkout.

    Could anybody advise why this might be happening?

    Hi Audouin,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I figured out that it was an issue with the theme I was using, I was using social marketplace by buddyboss. I am now using a different theme, Ocean WP, and everything is working perfectly.
