Manipulate sort order

I am trying to sort 2 profiles in a pool of 15 first, after those 2 profiles the normal ones.

The 15 profiles in the pool of 15 are “Membership users” have to sort them first, over normal free users. But every time, the Search, filter, query is done 2 of the 15 profiles are sorted, RANDOM. They are in “DISPLAY” after them normal users

I am not even sure if it’s possible, but I think it is a very good idea, let me know if can be.
