Mantra- Cant drag and drop widgets

Hi I’m using the mantra theme (love it btw:) with WP 3.0 and my widgets are enabled. If someone could help me with this, please be easy on the tech language Im recently broke in developer virgin with elementary knowledge base, please. thank you
