Mantra Theme, device detection Phone/Tablet/Computer

    Hello I am using the Mantra Theme,

    I am wondering if I need to add a plug in to detect what type of device the user is using i.e. Iphone/Android Phone, Tablet, or Laptop/Desktop?

    My site does an auto drop-down navigation on an apple phone but does not for an android phone.

    Do i need WPtouch installed?
