Manual backup stop at 13%

Hello,

I installed WPVivid plugin on my 3 websites and I’ve problem with do backup in two of it. When I want to do manual backup, progress stop at 13% on two of websites, at each of sites on “Preparing to dump table wp_pcachewpr”. I tried to increase PHP Memory Limit for backup to 2048M and change Compress Files Every 50MB, 100 MB but nothing helps.
