Manual Box Not Opening

Hi, I’m trying to get the box to open after the manual click on a button, but it won’t open.
The page URL is https://sparkrental.com/invest-real-estate-no-money-down/, and I have the button URL set to https://sparkrental.com/invest-real-estate-no-money-down/#boxzilla-3737.
My understanding is that I shouldn’t need to set box triggers for manual loading, but I also tried adding Boxzilla triggers for “Any” of either the URL being https://sparkrental.com/invest-real-estate-no-money-down/#boxzilla-3737 or the referrer being https://sparkrental.com/invest-real-estate-no-money-down/. Still no luck.
Any thoughts?

I tried your suggestion, but it’s still not opening the box.
For the button URL, I just used the same URL as the page, and added #boxzilla-3737 to the end of the URL. So the page URL is https://sparkrental.com/invest-real-estate-no-money-down/, and I have the button URL set to https://sparkrental.com/invest-real-estate-no-money-down/#boxzilla-3737.
What am I doing wrong?
