    Hello,

    we faced some problems with manual coupon discounts, it stopped to work after version 8.12.0.
    In v.8.15.0. says “Resolved an issue with manual coupons.” but with no success in our site.

    Any ideas how to fix that ?

    Fist make sure that WooCommerce coupons are enabled in the WooCommerce seettings.

    Please let us know more details about the issue like:

    • A full-page screenshot of the rule that you have created.
    • A screenshot of the issue and explanation about it.

    You can try the same rule on our demo website and if it works fine, then there is a conflict on your site that causes this issue. To find it follow the below steps.

    • Deactivate all of the WooCommerce related plugins (especially pricing and discount plugins).
    • Activate only our plugin with WooCommerce.
    • Test it again and if this time it worked properly activate other WooCommerce related plugins one by one and test it again to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    Hello @emilywil !

    Firstly yes -> WooCommerce coupons are enabled
    Here is a short video with all things which you need.

    I already deactivated all plugins and left only Woo and your plugin but the problem still appear.
    IF you need i can provide you access to our dev environment to check it yourself.

    We have tested the same rule and it is working fine. You can try it on our demo website too.

    You can try with another theme too.
