Manual e-mail hasn’t arrived yet

  • Hi,
    I’ve a problem with your free plugin version (Yith Woocommerce Recover Abandoned Cart): I can’t be able to send mail to the users who abandoned the cart: can you solve this?

    No, any error message. I would like to use your plugin but so it’s very difficult.

    We need to understand better the issue in order to help you.
    Do you have any abandoned cart? If so, is the problem when pressing the “Send Email” in the Carts button?

    When I click on send email it isn’t sent also if I have an abandoned cart.

    Try installing a mail logging plugin to check if the email is really sent or not.

    Also, can you provide a screenshot of the “Carts” tab page after clicking on the “Send Email” button?
