Manual file change detection – error – zero value

Hi guys,

I have a problem after Manual file change detection scan, there’s an information that my website has some technical problems and I received an email with following informations about this error:

On the basis of advice in the email I contacted my webhosting provider, but they just told me there is some zero value and that I should contact you to ask why is it there and how can I prevent it. Could you please help me with this issue?

The only problem I can see in my admin in WP is following problem by Health Check: Plugin prevented updates disabling wp_version_check (), which I tried to solve by disabling all plugins, but nothing helped, so maybe this is not a problem in settings of plugins, but I don’t know how to fix it now. Could it be connected with the issue from your plugin?
