@mayky Thanks for sending this through. Just to check, have you selected the <div class="lcorif fp-w"> element in your browser’s HTML Inspector? Scroll down to expose more historical reviews to ensure you have some new entries to import.

When the correct HTML and the matching Place ID are inserted, the text box will change to show that its valid. Does this appear for you? Once a valid HTML Excerpt is set, the Import process can proceed and any new reviews will appear. If there are no new reviews at all then it will not show any results (with a message to that effect).

Let me know how this goes?

@mayky Did you check through the points mentioned?

I was going to add: try disabling emoticons from the review text (in the first Setup tab). Perform a test import with a single review containing an emoticon.

I find the <div>, then I click “expand recursively”, then copy outerHTML. I copy entire container – <div class="lcorif fp-w">[...]</div>

When the correct HTML and the matching Place ID are inserted, the text box will change to show that its valid. Does this appear for you?

you mean green border? Yes, it appears.

@mayky Thanks for getting back in touch and sorry for the delay in my response.

Did you try the modification to the accepted characters (i.e. emoticons)? There’s a setting called: ■ Additional sanitization of retrieved data — emoticons are removed from text. I’ve notice that some of the serialized review data does not save correctly for some database collations.

I’ll run through your Place ID myself and see if I can replicate any issues.

@mayky Thanks to your email and further assistance, I was able to identify a display issue that cause any row with an error to hide from view. The current Version 3.29 has this issue resolved.

Also, I’ve added a couple new languages: Dutch and Polish. Thanks so much for your assistance with the Polish translation!
