Manual Installation of theme

When I try to istall a theme provided by wordpress !!It satrt installation but after some time nothing happen and in Section Of Manage themes !!A new list come of broken themes !!

so can anyone tell me how to maually install theme!!

I also tried Install Themes>Upload but in this case also nothing happened

Everything goes fine but it stucks on : Installing the theme…
