This code snippet should work:

add_filter( 'woocommerce_email_headers', 'woocommerce_customer_invoice_email_bcc_copy', 10, 4 );
function woocommerce_customer_invoice_email_bcc_copy( $headers, $email_id, $order, $email = null ) {
    if ( $email_id == 'customer_invoice' ) {
        $headers .= 'BCC: Your name <[email protected]>' . "\r\n"; //just repeat this line again to insert another email address in BCC
    }
    return $headers;
}
