Manual link to pop-up for every page

I added a manual link to a pop-up, but it only works on the [home] page I defined in Box Options (Load this box if…) by post-id. We only want the box to open on the home page, so if I create a new box that can open on ‘All’ pages it will cause the box to open everywhere. It seems like a setting to ‘open only by manual link’ would make sense, but perhaps I’m missing something that already exists?

Hopefully the above made sense, only allow a pop-up to be seen if a user clicks a manual link (e.g. https://foo.com/#boxzilla-1117).
