Manual Migration to staging site failed

I am trying to manually migrate my website to staging subdomain, and getting errors, created several new backups, multiple zipped files and single file, it fails upload,
I uploaded backup via FTP but it does not recognize the backup,

this is one of the errors I copied,

Upload iftkharmirza.ca_wpvivid-5f5efd0563b0b_2020-09-14-01-17_backup_all.zip error, error code: -200, HTTP Error.
