manual option to send reminders not available

    The manual option to send reminders is not under the Order Actions drop down.
    Also, we disabled and enabled the plugin, and all the reminders that were set up to be automatically sent disappeared.
    No new reminders are set up after enabling it back, and new orders have been placed.

    I think the plugin is not working as intended
