    Hello, is your plugin fully compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions by Woo?
    A subscription created was marked ‘manual’ and the renewal failed. So I’m wondering if this may be due to the plugin compatibility.

    Yes, there are many merchants using WooCommerce Subscriptions with this PayPal plugin.

    A subscription created was marked ‘manual’ and the renewal failed

    WooCommerce Subscriptions controls if a subscription is marked as manual. It usually happens when the plugin associated with the subscription is deactivated. Can you elaborate on the renewal failure? Do you actually mean it failed and there are order notes indicating why it failed? Or do you just mean since the subscription was marked as manual the payment for the renewal didn’t process automatically?

    Was this subscription created using another PayPal plugin and you switched to our plugin at some point?
