Manual Order COD fee

    Hi, Firstly love the plugin! great work

    Quick question, how do you apply the COD charge to a manual order?
    I know I can add a fee, but is there a way that this plugin can also do the charge in the manual order as I would like it to all go to the same custom field or meta field please.
