• After upgrading to version 4.2.6.9.3, manual order creation is not working.

However, if I downgrade to version 4.2.6.9.2, manual orders can be added again.

    Please check into this issue.

After updating to the latest version 4.2.6.9.4, I encountered an issue with manual order creation. I downgraded to version 4.2.6.9.3, but the problem was not resolved. It was only after downgrading to version 4.2.6.9.2 that the issue was finally fixed.

    Thank you.

    Hi sy0001,

    Thank you for your follow-up.

We have successfully created a manual order using LearnPress version 4.2.6.9.4 with the Twenty Twenty-Four theme without encountering any issues, as shown in this screenshot.

To help identify the cause of the problem on your end, please try the following steps:

    1. Switch to the default theme:?Activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four.
    2. Disable other plugins:?Deactivate all plugins except LearnPress to check for any conflicts.

If the issue persists, it would be helpful if you could provide screenshots or a video of the process where the error occurs. This will allow us to better understand the situation and provide you with a more accurate solution.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to resolving this issue for you.

    Best regards,

Yes, the course registers correctly in the admin page.

However, the course does not appear on the “My Courses” page for students.

This issue is resolved if I downgrade to version 4.2.6.9.2, even without deactivating other plugins or changing the theme.

    Thank you.

Wow, thank you so much for your diligent and responsible response. The credibility of the LearnPress support team has greatly increased in my eyes.

It seems that everything works fine in your support team environment without needing to downgrade, but in my environment, I need to downgrade for it to function correctly. This leads me to believe that the issue might be on my end.

It will take some time, but I plan to test various conditions in my environment to identify the exact cause. Once I find it, I’ll post an update here to help others who might be using LearnPress.

Once again, I sincerely appreciate your diligent and responsible response.

    Thank you very much.
