Afternoon, When added a order in the back end i want to add a discount to the order. Some customers call their order in and we give certain customers 10% off any order they place. I can see add fee etc. I tried doing a fee with -10% but doesn’t work as we would like. We want the totals go subtotal, discount, total. Any ideas?

    Hi there,

To add a discount, you have a couple of options. First, when adding a product, hover over it and click on the little pencil icon – https://d.pr/i/MrHf2r

Once you do that, enter the new discounted price, and press savehttps://d.pr/i/nI55WN

Alternatively, you can create a coupon for the discount amount by clicking apply coupon in the manual order.

    Best,

    Ross
