    Hello,
    I want that my customer will create a manual order / request a order.
    Lets say there will be a picture of product (request order), when customer will click that will ask to name of the product, quantity and a URL of product which can be from other website. then he will submit request, from admin end will take next step for creating custom price .

    any plugin I can get it for ?

    What I’ve understood from your query is that your want a custom product form.

    Where you display a product.
    But your want to have a field in your description that lets your customer decide the name, the qty, etc, and submit, and you receive the input data in your back end, Is that correct?

    You can try this plugin by moomoo agency called Product Options and Price Calculation Formulas for WooCommerce – Uni CPO. I’m sure this will help you.
