    For example, if I choose to pay my affiliate manually, without using Paypal or any kind of payment gateway, lets say (for the sake of the explanation) I pay my affiliate personally.

    So how could I check that “x amount” was paid manually to the “affiliate y”?

    I think it would be a great feature for free users, because it gives them the option to use the plugin effectively in a short scale, but as soon as they need more, they will have to pay for.
