Could you please point me in the direction of a tutorial how to roll back to the last working version of Neve? I am using Neve Child, and the update to 3.8.14 wiped out a lot of elements of my page. Guessing from the other posts we seem to have the same problems. An update to 3.8.15 didn’t fix things. Could you please either provide the rollback as an update or help me with a link to a guide how to safely roll back a theme when running a child theme?

My problem (I posted before, but since I can’t see the vanished elements I couldn’t be more specific about it): All the “post type grid” elements are gone. Several instances where a list of blog posts (chosen by identifying category or date) were displayed on the page are gone. I don’t run woocommerce, but I guess the shop operates with the same identifying handles to display items, and judging from the other topics the update wrecked those as well.

Adding this after a rollback: It didn’t help. All the custom post type lists are simply gone. I don’t know what to do. It’s not that they’re there when I try to edit the pages in Elementor and just don’t show, they are gone. Has anybody else had this happening? Any ideas?

    Hi @miarr0wporg,

Thank you for using Neve. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.

We have released an update which should fix the reported issue. You can try updating to the latest version, 3.8.15.

    I hope this will help.

Hi Stefan, thank you, I already tried. It wasn’t a Neve problem after all, but an Elementor problem (or an Orbit fox problem, as Rodicaelena pointed out here). I recreated them using an Elementor widget, and everything looks fine. Sorry for adding to your work load.
