Hi Fahad,

We are actually a garment e-commerce platform and installed your plugin so that we can split our orders which have multiple items.

After activating the plugin, we did the settings, here is the Export Settings: https://pastebin.com/zjHPqfDS

Now, we placed a new order with 3 items. What we wanted is to split them in 3 orders so that we can provide separate NOTES (Shipment AWB) for 3 separate items. But when I clicked on SPLIT Icon from Orders page, it landed me here: https://prnt.sc/v3acbx

It would be great if you can point out what I am doing wrong.

Dear Rohan,

Thank you for using this plugin writing us about your first hand experience. For split methods guide, you will receive the relevant video tutorials and/or screenshots in a couple of hours. But I would like you to test the following plugin first.

This plugin will help you to understand that what is the difference between auto split and manual split. You were trying to use manual split with an icon in Order Splitter plugin without having understanding of split methods. So lets start from the other plugin which works well for manual or click based split.

Once you will understand the manual split and require auto split, then you can proceed towards Order Splitter plugin appropriate split method selection.
