    Hi there

    I am doing a manual translation of the plugin but the already completed translation it is not taking place. I have tried it by clearing the website and browser cache but it is still the same.

    Any idea how to solve it?

    Could you please:
    1) Send us your website url
    2) Specify what type of manual translation are you doing? Are you translating all the documentation or just the banner and how?
    3) Are you following a specific guide published in our support center?
