    Dear friends at Lingotek,

I have been facing a strange bug in my website, https://motorchase.com/. I have been translating posts with a lot of ease, but since yesterday some of them seem to be “jamming”. I upload them manually and then that little round clock appears. And never goes away.

I have tried changing the posts, in order to upload them again, but then an error message appears: “There was an error contacting Lingotek. There was an error updating WordPress item number…”. Another option was creating a draft with the text, but that was no use.

It seems the problem only happens with texts that have inserted images, but I have never had problems with that before and I have been using Lingotek for some weeks now.

If you could help me anyway getting this fixed, I would really appreciate that. Your translation tool has been really useful to my project.

    Best regards,

    Gustavo

Just confirming my previous supposition, it is correct: when I add pictures to the post text, translation halts… But it id not happen before.

Thank you for letting us know. We will look into the problem to see why it may be happening. Are you still running into this issue?

I’ll publish an article with images in a few minutes and will let you know, erichie. My guess would be that it is still happening, but let’s check it.

Erichie, it seems to have been an instability. Now the system is working fine, even with pictures on the post. Sorry to disturb you, but I think that even if it was temporary, that information may somehow be useful for the development of the plug-in. And allow me once again to thank you guys for it.

    Best regards,
