Manual user upgrade to agent

How do I manually upgrade a user to an agent. I don’t want to have the button, become an agent showing up to every user, so, I disable that option from the plugin settings. But now, there is no other way for users to apply to become an agent and get their account upgraded.
I also created an agent from the admin dashboard, but there is no way to link it to an existing user, so that the user will become an agent.
I just want to have a separate page for agent application, with a form to fill per my requirements, possibly using any contact form like gravity forms.

You can mapping it, do follow:
1. Get Agent Id from Agents, example: 4716, here: https://prnt.sc/uyzwsj
2. Edit your user who you want link to Agent 4716 above, example: https://prnt.sc/uyzxse
3. Update value Agent ID(4716) to here: https://prnt.sc/uyzyax
