Manually Adding Order – Only Search Product Titles & SKU's

Hello,
Where can I modify the search query when adding an order manually and searching for a product? I want to speed up the search process by only searching product title or SKU , not descriptions or anything else.
We have almost 17,000 products and this takes too long.
