    Good day,
This is my very first post! With that said, I am using a responsive theme that does not have a slider within its header.php. I do not want to use a shortcode as I want to implement an external slider such as FlexSlider 2 into my Child Theme.

    Question:
Is it possible to add the css/image/jquery within the Child Theme files, will it work should they be called correctly, or do I add these files to be populated within the Parent strictly?

I am basically looking for an answer with regards to the steps in how WordPress calls Child Theme modifications.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi ebraheemx, hope you found some answers. I wonder where I could ask about slider glitches (uploaded new image but didn’t show up on slide), and hopefully get a response from the support group.

    Dear Ebraheem Isaacs
We are sorry for the later answer. Indeed it is possible to add the css/image/jquery within the files, but it is not enough as you need to make some chnages in the codes. If you want to have more information about it, you can contact us via this email address: [email protected]
    Dear shadream
We are not sure whether it is relevant or not but just wanted to drop a quick message and say that the plugin has been updated. The major update with new features and bug fixes can be found in the changelog. We will wait for a reply to be able to come back and help further.
    Thank you!
