Manually adding social media buttons to page

  • Hi

    I’m trying to manually put facebook, twitter and pinterest buttons on the top right of my page, inline with the page title, but I have no idea what coding to add into the css sheet. (although i’m a web designer, i’m better at the creative than coding!)

    Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

  • To the right of “CONTACT”? You won’t be able to do that purely with CSS. You will have to edit the theme’s .php (probably header.php, but I can’t be 100% sure) files to add the butttons and then use CSS to tweak the layout.

    Any ideas what I need to add in to the header.php file? I’m assuming it’s nothing too easy, my coding is not fantastic so maybe i’ve bitten off more than I can chew!
