  • Hello @mario83s

You can get/check the remaining leave for the individual employee from the HR->Employee->Employee profile->leave. Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/q4hq0v

    I hope this helps ??

    Thanks

That I know. But let’s say we’re implementing WPErp in September, when most people already used a lot of their available yearly leave. Some have 5 days remaining and some have 15. But all employees have the same leave entitlement of 20 days.

So if we can’t adjust the remaining leave per employee, what’s the plan for setting this up? Wait a new working year?

And what about the days that employee still has from the past year? Is this passed over to a new year?

If that’s not possible through wperp backend, can we update the remaining days by editing SQL record? If so, in which table is this data stored? Thank you

    Hello @mario83s

Yes, you need to wait for the new working year to create and entitle the new policies to the employees. However, we are working to bring a feature that will allow creating next year’s leave policy.

No, it doesn’t carry forward as of now. You can check the remaining leave from the employee profile if you like the encashment. We may have carried forward in the future.

    Entitlement saves on _erp_hr_leave_entitlements

    Thanks

Thank you for your reply. Also, one of my employees tried to take a leave from 27.12.2019 – 7.1.2020 and found out he can’t do that?? How to handle transitional leave requests? We are stumped at the moment as we have 78 employees and we never even thought that something like this would happen. Any workaround for this? Are you aware of this issue? Any plans to get that fixed in the upcoming months? Thanks

    Hello @mario83s

No, it allows Employees to request leave for the current year only. However, we are working to make it for the coming year as well ??

However, until we get the solution, you, as an HR Manager can create leave requests for the next year in favor of the Employee.

    Thanks
