Manually approving payment for Hirebee escrow order

    I have an issue which is preventing a user from moving forward on a project in Hirebee. He created a project with price of 250 XPY, and he neglected to account for the 0.001 transaction fee when paying the escrow so I got this email:

    “You received a new UNRECOGNISED payment of 249.999 Paycoins (~120.13 USD). User has paid an incorrect/wrong amount and the payment system cannot automatically recognise the user who made that payment.”

    How can I manually approve this order? There seems to be no way to mark the payment as completed manually, because the gateway did not automatically recognize it. The order is not showing through the Gourl Bitcoin plugin payments view, and the Hirebee Order says waiting payment. How can I make it manually go through?

    I feel like it should be showing on the Gourl Bitcoin payments page but its not

    Total Received: 0 payments ( Recognised: 0 payments Unrecognised: 0 payments )

    shouldnt it be showing under unrecognized?

    Hi,

    We add to amount in the payment box a small fraction after the decimal point to uniquely identify each of users individually. Users who have made payments with wrong amount are not recognised.

    Payment box display message – “If you send any other paycoin amount, payment system will ignore it !”

    Unfortunately, Hirebee don’t support manually approve payments and you need to return wrong payment back to user and ask user pay correct amount again.

    Also you can contact with appthemes.com and ask them add option ‘manually approve payments’
