    Sorry if this is basic functionality, but I can’t find a way to add a Ticket Agent to an existing Ticket.

    I know how to use the Assign Agent Rules specified in the Settings. However, there may be circumstances where I need to assign a different Agent to a Ticket or to assign an Agent if the Assign Agent Rules did not do so.

    Hello,

    Please open any ticket and in “Assign Agent” widget you can assign agents to ticket. If the “Assign Agent” widget is not visible then please go to Support > Settings > Open Ticket Widget and enable “Assign Agent” widget.
