    Hi Redi team,
    I’m experiencing some great support and we stepped up to the paid version of Redi, Its worth the money!

    But i’m having a new small problem,
    After people place an reservation the reservator gets an instant email with confirmed reservation.

    Is it possible that people place their reservations and in the upcomming reservation page all these reservations will listed
    and in this list:
    We can select to confirm or cancel reservation.

    (Confirmed turns whole reservation green, canceled red and done nothing with so it has to be confirmed it stays white)

    Just simple 3 buttons in the reservation list When i press confirm the whole template is ready to kick some emails.

    Cause now i dont know how to manually confirm the reservation with the provided templates. and not intstantly after you place the reservation!

    I hope the reader can understand my point of view

    Or can i manually confirm somewere else that i dont know of?
    Clicking confirm and the confirmation email template will go to the reservator.

    Hi,

    You can control number of people who can reserve by setting parameter “Number of seats”. For example if you have 10 seats, system will accept only 10 guests, after that client will see message fully booked.

    But I can see that some clients still wants to manually confirm each booking, so this is my next feature to implement. Will let you know once it’s completed.

    Or just a delay with confirming?

    Instead of automatically / instantly confirm the reservation.
    The restaurant must see the reservation if its valid or not / can uphold to special requests. before confirming instantly.

    Or can i disable automatically reply with email and push a button that
    will send the email confirmation template? i hope you understand what i’m trying to tell.

    Cause i’m interested in reminder by tekst message.
    But it would be a mess if we cant manually confirm the selected reservations.
    So we can use the tekst messages effecient.
    Since you have to pay for each message.

    Sorry, misspelled one word and messed up.

    Manual reservation is now available, please try it. You need to deactivate plugin, delete it, download again and activate it. All settings will be preserved.

    The Power of words,

    I’ve deactivated, deleted and re-downloaded + activated the plugin.
    So i put up a test reservation but everything is still the same. What or where can i adjust settings so i can manually confirm ?

    Best situation = manually confirm / reject on the Upcomming Reservation page

    There is a new option in configuration, you have to set check to activate manual reservation.

    Next step is to add to Upcoming reservation page.

    Thank you for working on this, much appreciated.

    How long till the add-on @ Upcoming reservation page will be linked with manual confirmation ?

    I see it as:
    Just 3 Buttons:

    Green Check = Accept/confirm ,
    Red Stop sign = Decline
    Neutral color = On-Hold / Needs further inspection with confirmation from Manager/Owner

    It’s the easiest and best option since not every personnel gets the same access.

    I’ll be looking forward for your reply and hopefully see this update fixed very soon!

    Accept/Reject manual reservation functionality is not in Tablet version too.
