Manually create dir folder errors

  • Hi, I’ve got the following two errors when activating the WP Marketplace app:

    Failed to create product dir autometically. You have to create the dir “/home/content/99/11005599/html/dir/wp-content/uploads/wpmp-products/” manually.

    Failed to create product image dir autometically. You have to create the dir “/home/content/99/11005599/html/dir/wp-content/uploads/wpmp-previews/” manually

    Any help on what to do next would be much appreciated

    you need to create 2 dirs in your server:

    /wp-content/uploads/wpmp-previews/

    and

    /wp-content/uploads/wpmp-previews/

    as wp marketplace failed to create those automatically for permission issue.
