Manually Deleting Sidebar2 Categories on Atahualpa Theme

Hi,
I would just like to know what exactly to delete to remove the sidebar headings in the Atahualpa theme. In the right sidebar the headings “Popular Posts” and “Recent Comments” are hardcoded in with the theme. I don’t understand HTML so I don’t know what parts to delete manually to make them disappear.
Any response much appreciated.
