    Hi,

I’ve been trying to get the MailPoet plugin to work for a few days now and it has failed to send out a number of important emails. As there is nothing to suggest these are in a que etc and I have followed the advice I have found in the free support forum I am wondering if someone can help me tackle this problem before it gets any worse.
Is there a way to manually send a MailPoet email template?
I have exported the template which is in JSON but I can’t see how to make this work in an email composer?

    Thanks in advance!

We are so sorry about the issue you are facing right now!

Is it showing up any specific error that prevents you from sending the emails? If yes, could you share it with us?

About the JSON template, how did you create it? You can only upload .json templates that were originally created with MailPoet 3.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi there @areasgrey,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
