Manually entered Packsation or Shop is not accepted

I need a solution. I had activated, that my customers can search for the Packstation or Shop through your Plugin but 90% of the customers who wanted to use Packsation or Shop complained, that your Plugin was not accepting their Packstation or Shop which they had entered manually and they didn’t see that they have to search for it, or that there is a possibility to search for it. So I changed it again to the “Germanized” plugin where they can choose the Packsation or Shop either. There we have no problems on frontend and we don’t lose customers, but now when I create a label I get this error: “Post Number is missing, it is mandatory for “Packstation” delivery.” But there is a Post Number entered.
