  • This is a good idea for a next version… For instance, a shorttag [sociallinkz button=’facebook, google+’] would fit your need ?

Just for my personal interest, what is the use case ?

I run an event where we allow our community vote for their favorite speaker:
    https://noexcusessummit.com/industry-leaders.html

We use Facebook Likes and Google Pluses as “votes”.

Also, in order to do this, we’d need to be able to assign a specific URL to the icons, so that people can LIKE or PLUS a page, from a different page.

    For example:

    [sociallinkz url=’https://www.yourdomain.com/page.html’%5D

    Can that be done?

To completely answer your question, we’d like to have posts to use the full list of social icons, but for our voting, only use 2 or 3.

Understood… Yes EVERTHING may be done … the question is when ??
I expect to release a new version in one month (or before if I have time)

If you can do within 2 weeks, we can use the feature. Otherwise, I’ll need to do something else.

Is there a way to do it with HTML code?

I may try but just to ease the process, have you got basic knowledge in MySQL ?
In addtion, as I will try to send you a beta version in dew days, please contact me through the feedback tab in the plugin configuration page

I know how to access the database, but not really very familiar with it. I know of it and how it works.

I do have basic knowledge of PHP and HTML, in case you need me to look and install code.

I’ll contact you via the feedback section in a few minutes.

    Appreciate your help!

Ok it will be added in the next version then
This beta version has been succefully tested by fernyceballos
