manually refresh for Coupon code to work

Hi,

When I type in a coupon code, it says it is applied, however I have to manually refresh the page in order to see the coupon discount and the new total. How do I fix this?

I don’t want my customers to manually refresh the page everytime they apply a coupon. That, to me, would be very frustrated and drive me away.
