    A quick fix is to put your server IP into the 404 whitelist:
    Goto menu > Security > 404 White List > put the IP here.

    But the trick above is not the real solution. I guess the problem is you have enabled the change wp-content directory which cause problem with other plugin or theme you’re using.

    Thanks I appreciate the reply but do not see a 404 white list option within Security. Am I missing something? Please be more specific

    But no, Have not enabled the “CHANGE WP-CONTENT DIRECTORY” It is still showing in BLUE unchanged
