Manually send notification on post update

    Beside automatic sending/scheduling push notifications when the new item is published, there should be a manual mode, configurable from settings.

    When editing the posts in WordPress admin interface, there should be meta box “Send notification on post update” to select whether to send notification right away (default is unchecked).
