1. What result do you get when you load the URL https://prueba.miposicionamientoweb.es/wp-json/disqus/v1/sync/webhook ?
2. Do you have any of the following plugins enabled? “Disable REST API”, “iThemes Security”
3. Are you able to check your WordPress server logs to copy more details for that “Failed to Load Resource” 500 status?

@rubenalonsoes Were you ever able to check troubleshooting steps 2 and 3? You can ignore step 1 right now, I see that URL 404s, I believe because it is a POST endpoint.

Yes, I have the iThemes Security plugin activated, in the WordPress Tweaks settings the Rest API configuration is set “by default”.

I have tried again to synchronize the last comments (https://ibb.co/LvZyqRZ) and the process is frozen. I attach the last ones from the server, but I don’t see any error apparently:

Hi Rubén, no problem. Thanks for the response and for providing those logs. I see that there are some 500 responses happening, is there any way to see more information about any exceptions occurring server-side for that request?

Also, there may be some helpful suggestions in this thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/disqus-auto-syncing-fail/ on how to adjust the iThemes Security plugin settings so that it doesn’t block Disqus syncing attempts. Specifically, can you try temporarily disabling the “Default Blacklist” setting. It seems this has caused trouble in the past, and we can also look into whether the disqus webhook request user agent needs to be changed.

I have tried disabling the iThemes options and it still doesn’t work.
Regarding the 500 code logs I don’t have access to more data on what may have caused the exception, what I have discovered is that in the server Firewall logs it may be blocking. To test it I would need to know which IPs Disqus uses to add them to the whitelist and test if it works.

By the way, is it possible to modify the replies in this thread once they are published?

you are responsible for cleaning all sensitive data before posting them, once scraped by search engines it is impossible to remove them from the net completely.
