    I think I figured it out ..
    For security was installed wordpress in a directory (not in root domain)

    .htaccess file (in the root) is not modified by “better wp security”
    Does that right?

    “better wp security” make an .htaccess in the wp installation directory

    I copy the contents of .htaccess of “better wp security” within the .htaccess in root.

    It seems to work now …
